How to bring a salon ritual to your home with a DIY Eunoia facial

We all love to be pampered!

And a weekly ritual to up your skincare/ self-care game is something we love to do.
So, we've created this step by step guide for you below to follow along at home – which teaches you how to create your own Eunoia spa routine.
Make sure you set the time aside this week (even if it's just 10 minutes!) to treat yourself to a purpose filled beauty treatment without even having to change out of your PJ's! Amazing!

Step 1 
Connect to an intention
Set the scene. Clear the space with an aura-cleansing intention, based mist. Try Meditation for a calm and relaxed state or Abundance to uplift and energise. Set up your Eunoia goddess oracle card in sight and repeat the corresponding Eunoia mantra as you mist. 

Step 2 
Using the Alchemy Ritual Gel Cleanser apply a few pumps onto your hands and mix with a splash of water. Rub hands together to create a foam and then gently massage in circular motions onto your face and neck. As you work Alchemy into your skin, repeat the Alchemy mantra 'I am renewed'. Rinse with a warm water and a cloth.

Step 3 
With Ascension Rosehip Cream Exfoliant, using the bamboo spoon, scoop a small amount of the exfoliant onto your hand. Massage on to damp skin in circular motions while repeating the Ascension mantra 'I surrender to the Universe' visualising all that you are letting go of. Work Ascension into your skin for a minute or two before you rinse with a warm water and a cloth.

Step 4 
Using Aura Ritual Face Mist, spritz on face, neck and décolletage and gently pat into skin. As you spritz, hold the intention of being present in mind and draw your awareness to the scents and sensations of the mist as you repeat the Aura mantra 'I am calm. I am present'. 
Step 5
Using Gaia Pink Clay Mask to draw to impurities and hydrate skin. Spoon a small amount onto your hand and mix with small amounts of water until you reach a paste consistency. Apply to your face and neck while repeating the Gaia mantra 'I gift myself this time for peace'. If the mask is quick to dry and your skin is feeling a little dehydrated, re-spritz the Aura toner on your mask and allow it to set once more.   

Step 6 
As your mask dries, give it a chance to work its magic on your skin as you shift your focus inward for some breath work exercises. I recommend the bloom app for this (it's also free for the first month!). You can find their breathing exercise section on their app and follow along with it. You can also try this Pranayama breathing YouTube video instead or simply set your time for 5-10 minutes and practice inhaling for a count of 5 and exhaling for a count of 5. 

Step 7 
Find your flow
Once your mask is removed, it's time to pick your yoga flow. What do you feel like today? You might up for a Yin yoga session or a fast passed Vinyasa. Maybe you just need to stretch. There are plenty of yoga apps and YouTube videos to choose from where you can pick your instructor and chosen flow and be guided in the comfort of your own home. I recommend the YogaGlo, Oyana App, Bloom App, Barre Body Online or Yoga with Adrienne. It's up to you how long you would like your practice to be. 
Step 8 
Finish off your yoga practice with a calming Shavasana. I love the insight timer app and have been using it for years. You can type into the search bar 'Devi Prayer' by Craig Pruess or 'Sarah Blondin' to find my favourites. There are so many kinds and lengths to choose from - lose yourself in it all!

Step 9
Closing ceremony 
Using Gratitude Face Elixir for repairing and healing. Apply a few drops to your face and gently massage into skin using a gua sha or your fingertips. Connect back into the intention for your day ~ take a moment to practice gratitude or maybe take 10 deep breaths.
