SHIPPING

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

We offer free Australia wide shipping for all orders over $60 (Australia Only). Orders of $60.00 or less are subject to the following shipping rates -

$9.00 for standard shipping

$11.00 for express shipping.

We aim to ship your purchase within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. As a small business, sometimes your shipping time might be a day or two later, but we'll reach out to you if that's the case. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Standard shipping is available for all international orders. Shipping rates will vary. If your shipping location is unavailable at checkout, send us a message before purchasing so we can add it for you. 


RETURNS

If you are in any way unsatisfied with our products, we want to hear from you. Eunoia will accept returns if a product is deemed faulty due to postage or manufacturing. . Eunoia does not accept returns if you simply change your mind. Products on sale or promo items are final sale and will not be accepted as a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

For products deemed faulty or damaged: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jackie@eunoiasoulrituals.com
